Responsibilities
This position will assist the Academic Eligibility & Scholarship section within the Office of Financial Aid. Duties include awarding and processing of scholarships. Reviews reports and monitors files for award discrepancies. In addition, position will prepare and process documents for student files, enter student data in various databases, and make recommendations for improvements. Provides customer service support to prospective and current students visiting the Office of Financial Aid. Position may assist other area during peak times.

Anticipated Salary Range
$14 per hour.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalency.
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow instructions and ask questions, ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, as well as customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be a self starter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic, good critical thinking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Basic knowledge of,or previous experience with financial aid, would be a plus.
