Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across the organization while helping maintain efficient office workflows. This individual will play a key role in coordinating schedules, preparing business documents, organizing records, and assisting with various administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for leadership and team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
- Create, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems to ensure records remain organized and accessible.
- Arrange travel accommodations and assist with expense reporting when necessary.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to support daily operations.
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional, customer-focused experience.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with planning meetings, special projects, and company events.
- Partner with internal departments to help maintain efficient office operations.
- Provide additional administrative support as business needs require.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
