EIP is looking for a hands-on AI Enablement Specialist to help our sales organization get more value from AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal systems. This role sits at the intersection of AI, operations, and sales enablement. You will improve prompts and workflows, build lightweight automations and internal tools, identify process gaps, and help teams adopt solutions that make their work faster and more effective.
This is not a traditional support role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently with modern AI tools, testing ideas, building practical solutions, and taking ownership from problem identification through implementation.
What You Will Do
- Fine-tune prompts and AI-enabled workflows to improve the accuracy, tone, consistency, and usefulness of AI-generated output.
- Test prompt and workflow changes systematically and track what actually improves quality.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to build lightweight internal tools, scripts, and automations that solve recurring business problems.
- Take ambiguous problems, map the workflow, test possible solutions, iterate, and deliver a working result without needing every step defined in advance.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales handoffs, feedback loops, quality assurance processes, and other internal workflows, then help design and implement improvements.
- Partner directly with sales teams to support adoption of AI-enabled products and tools through training, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day guidance.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions by translating sales feedback into clear workflow improvements or product requirements.
- When a solution requires engineering support, create a clear process map, product concept, or specification that an engineer can build from.
- Document workflows, decisions, and best practices so solutions can be maintained and scaled.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to build workflows, automations, prototypes, or internal solutions.
- Comfort building lightweight scripts or no-code/low-code automations with AI assistance; a formal computer science background is not required.
- Exposure to LLM prompt engineering, or strong aptitude and interest in learning it quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through incomplete or ambiguous requirements.
- A self-starter mindset: you notice a broken or inefficient process and take ownership of improving it.
- Strong written communication and good judgment around clear, useful language.
- Ability to explain technical or AI concepts in plain language and work effectively with nontechnical teams.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and technology stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, customer-facing SaaS, or B2B software.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence, quality assurance, or sales performance tools.
- Basic product management or product design experience, including writing requirements, process maps, specifications, or wireframes.
Benefits and Perks
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- Hybrid work environment
- On-site gym and relaxation room
- Opportunity to work on practical AI initiatives that directly impact the business
- Collaborative, high-performance culture with room to grow
