What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop our sales team (sales managers, finance, and salespeople) to consistently hit and exceed goals
- Own the full 7-step sales process and ensure it is followed with excellence every day
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance through accountability, training, and motivation
- Work closely with the General Manager on inventory management, pricing strategy, and achieving aggressive volume and gross profit targets
- Oversee lead management and rapid response through Reynolds FOCUS and our CRM tools
- Promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and customer-first service
- Collaborate with the Service and Fixed Operations team to maximize customer retention and sales opportunities
- Maintain a visible, floor-presence leadership style - you will be in the trenches with the team
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or strong Assistant Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and hold a team accountable
- Deep experience with structured sales processes and CRM systems (Reynolds/FOCUS experience is a big plus)
- Passion for the car business and a desire to win in a competitive market
- High integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way
- Willingness to lead by example with a strong work ethic
