Regional freight stability and balanced route planning give CDL-A truck drivers the opportunity to stay productive while hauling no-touch freight through established regional lanes. This position is built for drivers who prefer steady miles, practical equipment, and a straightforward over-the-road schedule.

The Route: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling regional dry van freight. Most loads are drop and hook, helping reduce delays at customer locations while keeping trucks moving. Average weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles with freight planned to support productive trips throughout each dispatch.

Pay & Home Time: Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,700, with additional earning potential through the performance bonus program. Drivers are typically out 7-10 days before returning home for a 34-48 hour reset, providing a predictable balance between time on the road and time at home.

Your Equipment: Drivers operate late-model Peterbilt trucks along with other well-maintained equipment designed for over-the-road freight.

The combination of no-touch freight and a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads helps drivers spend more time driving and less time waiting at shipping and receiving facilities.
