HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Supports daily operations across two (2) childcare centers; serve as the central coordination point for administrative tasks, family communication, and classroom support while helping maintain a positive, efficient, nurturing environment.

- Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
- Serves as the primary office coordinator for two (2) childcare centers.
- Performs daily classroom checks; ensures proper ratio compliance.
- Builds positive relationships with current and prospective parents.
- Performs miscellaneous duties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency). Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour training course.
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree (or equivalent) in early childhood education. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
Required Experience:
- One (1) year each of office administration and childcare experience
Preferred Experience:
- Childcare, preschool, or administrative support experience.
