About the Team
The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products. Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include:

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Responsible for efficient overall operation of the count room and staff.
- Assure that count room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.
- Completion of financial reports, paper work, and security of information within.
- Assure compliance of internal controls and SOPs for all accounting and cash handling.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
- Delegate duties and assign responsibilities as needed.
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates for above departments.
- Review count room activities with the Cage/Count Manager
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Responsibilities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
- Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
- Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
- Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
- Two to Five years' experience in casino finance or banking with a 4-year degree in related field or
equivalent work experience.
- Gaming experience is required.

- Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand.
- Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports
- Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis.
- Assisting with ad hoc analyses
