Position Overview

Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from the client high school and college students concerning client scholarships and grants.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support a plus

Notes:
Onsite
The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
