Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning initiatives from use-case identification through production implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, a solid understanding of emerging AI technologies, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning programs, from use-case identification through production implementation.
- Develop and manage the AI program roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across business, product, data science, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to successfully deliver AI initiatives.
- Drive GenAI/LLM, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI/ML initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks for Responsible AI, data privacy, security, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage AI pilots and POCs and facilitate their transition into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Track program KPIs, including business value, productivity improvements, cost savings, adoption, and time-to-value.
- Manage customer and senior executive stakeholders while providing clear visibility into program progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Drive AI adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across enterprise programs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT and Program Management, including leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise or customer-facing programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent customer-facing, executive communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is preferred.
- PMP, Agile, Cloud, or AI certifications are desirable.
