This location also supports a hotel and conference environment, so the role includes assisting hotel guests and handling package deliveries for guest rooms and meeting spaces. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, able to take direction well, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and hospitality setting. Previous experience at The UPS Store is highly valued but not required.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a five-star service experience for every customer
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and retail products
- Serve hotel guests and conference attendees with business center and shipping needs
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Accept, organize, and distribute incoming packages and shipments
- Coordinate package retrieval and delivery to hotel guest rooms and meeting spaces when required
- Answer customer questions and guide them through available services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Follow operational procedures and take direction from store management
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to take direction and follow established procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs when required

- Retail or POS transaction experience
- Experience in shipping, hospitality, or customer service environments
