Provide academic support for intensive reading and intervention services to students who need additional assistance in core subject areas.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify student needs and develop strategies for academic success.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of interventions and support services.
Assist students with organization, study skills, time management, and goal setting.
Facilitate small-group and individual instruction to reinforce grade-level standards.
Analyze assessment data to identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions.
Support implementation of school-wide academic improvement initiatives.
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators regarding student progress.
Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings and problem-solving teams.
Assist with testing coordination, remediation programs, and progress monitoring activities.
Provide resources and instructional materials to teachers and students.
Support students transitioning between grade levels or academic programs.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and information.
Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designee.
