At Siemens Digital Industries, we help battery manufacturers, equipment builders, and energy-storage companies accelerate industrialization through automation, electrification, software, and data-driven innovation.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Battery Vertical to serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers across the battery value chain. This role combines battery-industry knowledge, technical leadership, strategic customer engagement, and cross-functional orchestration to connect customer priorities with Siemens capabilities.

This remote position can be based anywhere in the eastern or central time zones.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Serving as the primary strategic technical contact for assigned battery accounts, building trusted relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Account Managers to develop account-specific technical strategies, roadmaps, and opportunity plans across the battery value chain.
  • Leading technical workshops and executive discussions that translate customer manufacturing priorities into clear Siemens solution directions.
  • Shaping integrated solution approaches using Siemens automation, industrial software, motion, drives, power, data, and digitalization capabilities.
  • Coordinating technical experts and delivery teams so Siemens appears to the customer as one aligned, outcome-focused team.

You’ll win us over by having:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, digitalization, industrial software, battery, energy storage, or a related industry.
  • Experience engaging customers at technical and executive levels and translating business challenges into technical strategies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder-management, and matrix leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of battery-cell manufacturing, battery materials, module and pack assembly, recycling, equipment builders, or battery energy storage systems.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, industrial networks, motion and drives, MES, digital twins, simulation, data analytics, AI, or industrial cybersecurity.

At Siemens, you will help shape the future of battery manufacturing and energy storage in a collaborative environment that values technical expertise, customer impact, inclusion, innovation, and professional growth.
