Diagnosed and repaired leaks under sinks and restrooms, replaced toilet flush valves, and installed new supply lines in small office and retail environments.
Replaced damaged outlets and switches, upgraded lighting to LED fixtures, and ensured all repairs met NEC safety standards.
Repaired commercial metal doors, panic bars, and hydraulic door closers to maintain accessibility and fire-safety compliance.
Maintained interior and exterior lighting systems, including changing bulbs, ballasts, and troubleshooting non-operational circuits.
Completed preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting HVAC filters, replacing ceiling tiles, patching drywall, and performing minor carpentry repairs.

- Assist with plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general facility repairs as needed

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
